Hello all,

I am going to be brief as I just tried to post and it didn't

work. I am wanting some advice for my 9 month old son who is

nursing and I am eating a GF/CF diet. The diet helped my son

recover from colic and accidental infractions of the diet are

absolutely noticeable. I want to start him on one and only one of

Houston's products and was wanting to know which one I should try

first. I want to keep it simple. Here are some foods he has

reaction to (reaction being a rash above his penis where urine

collects in his diaper):

butternut squash

bananas

peaches

yams

plums

Thank you

Jill

Lots of people start with afp peptyzide; if the child has already been gf/cf

then this might be the one for you as those are the foods it helps with.

Good luck

Although the Peptizyde will not help with the foods you mentioned that cause

a reaction, I would still start with Peptizyde since you definitely notice

going off GFCF causes problems. The Peptizyde will help with the gluten and

casein containing foods.

From this list, my son did not tolerate anything even with enzymes,

except bananas, and he needed No-Fenol enzyme for that.

You can try No-Fenol, see if that works.

No-Fenol for the pears and part of the almonds.

Zyme Prime for the oil and the other part of the almonds.

At least this is what my son would have required.
