it does quite a bit more.

its anabolic so it tends to build just about every thing including i

think neurotrasnmitters or synapses.

also being cysteine rich it is of major assistance in heavy metals

detox.

its best to make a thick paste in a glass and put in the fridge and

take a heaped teapsooon or so(adult) after every meal.

i just buy the standard whey powder from the health store/organic

food shop @ about $3.40 us a kilo which is a cheap food.

when you eat it you have to really mix it with the syliva in the

mouth to expose it to the amylase to help digest the lactose. rthat

is you have to work it around in the mouth before swallowing.

eaten this way it possibly may be quite well tolerated even by kids

with dairy issues.

i would suggest the mothers try this as well or first to get the hang

of it

the effect is quite pronounced in as short as a week and can markedly

trim up the female figure if thats of any interest.

Dear :

I too am so happy that you're feeling well. It's so nice to hear

good news around here! Since my son has always been lactose

intolerant (really constipates him) I've always ran away from

anything remotely dairy, but I've heard of whey over again. Could it

be frozen? My son will eat anything in the form of a popsicle, but

would it kill any of its useful properties?

Thank you,

Jill

I'm not sure if I could get my 4 year old to do this (the mixing in

the mouth) - though if I added a bit of raw honey for taste it might

help. My child isn't that lactose intolerant (handles cheese, cream,

yogurt) OK, so maybe this step isn't necessary?

Also, why do you take it after each meal versus say once a day? Have

you found it works better over the day? Just curious - it is harder

to get these things down little children so I am thinking if I could

put some in a bowl of yogurt once a day I might have better success.

Thanks,

Miti
