Guest guest
Hello and Francesca, I would also avoid vit.E several weeks before surgery as well as Gingko as both of these cause blood thinning. I believe the same goes for Ibuprofen. Vit. K seems to enhance blood clotting (faster healing, less bleeding). I don't know if it would be a safe protocol to take this in small quantities before the big day. Against popular mythology, topical vitamin E retards wound healing. As Francesca said, diet is very important! Maybe Lef site has protocols? best wishes MM _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com
