when I can find them and they aren't at astronomical prices! They're also

in a powder called " Earthsource Greens and More " that I stir into V-8 juice.

Shiitakes are not only delicious; they are supposed to contain powerful

anti-cancer substances.

I recently posted about a condiment I came across that tastes delicious and

has lots of healthful things in it called: seaweed Gomasio put out by Eden.

Contains: Sesame seeds, dulse, Nori and Kombu (these are seaweed veggies

that are supposed to be nutritionally superior -Walford uses them in his

recipes). Gives a nice spice to things. Look for it in your health food

store. Inexpensive too.
