If you check out the websites at the bottom of the page you will find one on

nutrasweet which is not good for ANY blood type. Processed sugar is

processed sugar and we all eat too much (as far as marshmallows - but

couldn't say about the " Mallow "

Hello,

My name is and I have been on the ER4YT diet for two weeks. My

question is: Are marshmallows and artificial sweetners alright for type O?

Any knowledge you share on these two items will be appreciated.

Don't think artificial sweeteners are good for anyone. They trick your

system (especially your liver) into thinking it is going to get nourishment

and then it doesn't. Some say due to sweetener use, people actually

overeat. Don't know if that's true.

I suppose marshmallows would be okay occasionally (like once a week or

less). They are basically gelatin and sugar, right?

I bet that marshmallows contain corn syrup as well as sugar. I don't know

for sure.

Hi Rochelle,

I think that most confections, candy, jams, etc. have corn syrup in them.

You really have to read the labels on everything.

Boy, I guess! I was looking for some pure fruit spread (can't call it jelly

or jam) to use as an occasional treat on my Ezickel bread. And guess what,

most of them had corn syrup. No sugar, but snuck in the corn syrup. What a

bummer. It is so important to read the labels, even when the print is so

tiny that you can't make it out. I sometimes have to bring a magnifying

glass (old eyes! LOL). And if I still can't be sure, then it stays on the

shelf. I so crave carbohydrates that I don't want to sabotage myself

accidentally with an avoid or even hidden sugars. If I give in, I want to do

it knowingly and on my terms, not to be tricked into it.

Dear Robin...I buy the jam at my local health food store..I have never looked

in regular type grocery but have seen it advertised in

gift/housewares/plant/furniture type store.

Here is the info on the jar...I usually buy the pineapple and have just tried

the blueberry....Sorrell Ridge Farms, Port Reading New Jersey,

07064....sweetened with grape and pear...regular price 2.70..I get it for

2.19 and have seen it advertised for 1.79.

Dear Suzy:

If you get compazine, I would suggest you get both the pill and

suppository form. That way you are covered, and at least get something

to stop or slow down the process. Also, sometimes, bland soda crackers

have helped many. If you can, try drinking something like Gatorade or

Poweraid, even if diluted, because these will give you some

electrolytes. Keep us all informed on how you are doing. Marty

Maureen:

I am printing out your post to give to DH to read and also the next visit to

's doc on the 22nd.....I am thisclose to giving the Risperdal at

night without DH's knowing about it.....I had filled the script before I knew

DH was against it so I still have the bottle.....feel like a conspirator.

There is no reason for us to live life like this....we are constantly

battling over 's behavior, and I always end up saying, " well, if you'd

agree to the Risperdal, we wouldn't have this trouble! " , to which I won't

post what DH says.......hehhe.

How can I convince this man? Should I just try it " on the sneak " and wait

and see if there's a change in ?

Help!

:

This has happened just one time..... had " red marks " like a road map on

one arm and the teacher sent home a note about it, but didn't send home,

lol.....the next day, they were still there, but just a light pink.....told

teach didn't know what they were.....didn't look like a bite or scratch

mark....'s skin is so sensitive...who knows?

Why is the school sending your child home for every little pee and fart??

Usually, it's only if they have a temp that they're contagious, if that's

what they're worried about.....sounds to me like they ARE using any excuse to

send the poor kid home!

If it continues to happen, and he's in good health otherwise, I would talk to

school nurse and principal about it.....

Oi vay!!!!!

OOOOOOOOPS.........that previous post was meant as a reply to MICHELLE, not

MAUREEN, although 's post was meant for both me and Maureen!!

Sorry for the confusion......anyways, , what is the dosage your child

is on the Risperdal? How much does he weigh??

Thanks,

What Is an amino fuel? I have been getting stuff for my husband? He simply

refuses to take the treatment of shots, as, He is a semi driver. He can't

miss work because of being sick. and we would have no way to pay our bills.

thank you for any info you can give me
