I don't plan on taking any real supplements for sodium. Just noted that it was low. Thanks for the info though. I didn't know that the minimum was set for the tolerance amount. A. " S. I've seen levels of 100 mg and 250 mg by other authors, including a noted HTN specialist. But in fact it would be very difficult to not get 500mg since all food has some residual sodium, and that level many times is not listed on food labels, just the added sodium.
