Guest guest
I'm a female who felt cold a lot during the first few months of CR, but don't seem to notice it much anymore. Maybe it's because now I habitually wear lots more layers and socks. Two other things are helpful: I find that I sleep *much* better if I get my body temp up before bed with a shower or bath. When I feel cold during the day, I do some push ups, deep knee bends or jumping jacks to generate some body heat. As with occasional mild feelings of hunger, I take the cooler body temp as a sign that I'm on the right track.
