dmg or tmg--gut serotonin question

If I was trying to increase the level of gut serotonin in my little

dd, would DMG or TMG be more helpful?

I have had her on TMG in the past and hadn't noticed much of a change

with her stool, but did start her on DMG with folinic/b12 and I can

say that there is some improvement. I was thinking of re-ordering

but didn't know if perhaps TMG with folinic/b12 would be more likely

to raise serotonin in the gut-- anyone know?

Sorry, , I don't know the answer. But, I do know that you can buy

samples of TMG and DMG, with and without Folic Acid/B12, at Kirkman. That's

what I'm trying now, because I have samples of each. Right now I'm starting

with the TMG without. So you're a little ahead of me in this process, but

if I find any success I'll let you know. I am assuming you mean with the

constipation, right? Hope that helps.

According to the McCandless book, the TMG would better raise

serotonin, if I read her correctly: " TMG is DMG with one more methyl

group, **increasing serotonin through a precursor called SAM(e)*** "

emphasis mine.

Funny all these questions about TMG tonight just when I'm researching

it since receiving our Pfeiffer protocol!
