HI

I use a lidded cup or sports bottle so Sam doesn;t see it lol.

Alternatively, if you put a small amount of warm (not hot) liquid in the cup,

add the enzymes, shake like crazy and then top up with cold this helps to

disperse them :)

Ah, simple when you know how eh?

Hi ,

I hope this helps with mixing of the enzymes. I put a little bit of juice,

water, enzymes and whatever vitamin or minerals in a large glass and use a hand

blender. I then transfer into a solid cup he can not see through with a lid and

he drinks without any problems.

About a half hour before the food, I empty the capsule into one of

those syringes where the bottom part comes out, then I add maybe 3/4

tsp. of juice. I shake it like a madwoman and let it sit in the

fridge until it's time to eat. Then it's almost fully disolved. If

I don't have that long, I just sit it out for a few minutes at room

temp. and it mostly disolves, again, after shaking like a madwoman.

I know, they are a little tricky to work with until you get

your " formula " down. Remember that they are good refrigerated for up

to four hours, so you can make them well ahead of time...

Put in a small cup with water or juice, opening to cup should be smaller than

the palm of your hand, use a straw to mix/stir the enzymes up. Then hold straw

while they drink. Your hand should cover what the drink looks like. My son is so

used to it now that I don't need to hold the cup any longer. Good luck to you.

They do dissolve a little after a couple of minutes. However, before my son

could swallow capsules, I used a small drink mixer for a just a couple of

seconds to mix the enzymes into the liquid. The one that I like is called

" VitaMinder " and it was $5. It has a plastic wand that spins and stirs the

drink very fast. It is very small, and fits in any purse or even your

pocket.

I can't remember where I bought it though! I see it is sold many places

though, just search for Vita Minder.
