Guest guest
Hello Everyone!! I really enjoy reading all of your letters, but I am bad about replying to any. I am so dang forgetful!! I hope Harper, Ruth, Gayle, Bert, and all of the others are doing okay. My daughter in law was diagnosed a year ago with AIH. My dumb computer always shuts off before I can finish a letter, also, so I hope I can finish this before it happens! To save space in the room, and NOT send the messages back with your replies you can go to TOOLS ...then OPTIONS....under "SEND" uncheck where it says "include message in reply" and that should help from the multiple readings of the same thing. Everyone have a good day and take care~~!! Beckie wrote:
Guest guest
; My son turns 2 this month. He has just started no-phenol after being off it for a ong while. He was doing so well about 2 months ago when we took him off supplements. Than, after the last round of DMSA he began to regress. We will be doing a test to see if it is yeast. I'm not sure if its the GSE itself or die off. Is your son taking No Fenol? That caused gas in my daughter at first. Can your son tolerate baby gas medicine? My son is almost 2 and once in a great while I give him the gas medicine I used on him as a baby. It helps immediatly still if he gassy from broccoli or something. You also mentioned Culturelle-is that something your son normally takes? It could be the Culturelle, too if its something new. I hope he is feeling better. >>

Guest guest
Topic: Rochester There are to Rochesters that I know of - Rochester, New York -upstate NY on Lake Ontario. I grew up there and there IS a University of Rochester there. The other is Rochester, Minn, which is home to the Mayo, Clinic. (however there are branches of the clinic in Florida and Arizona. My father has been to the one in Florida serveral times and has been very impressed with them. I have thought about going there myself just to have them reconfirm my treatment. I'm on Enbrel and have had bronchitis for about 1 1/2 weeks. Worst I've felt in awhile. Good luck in finding YOUR Rochester! Maureen in TN Re: pa mail > > Good to hear from you Gordon. Guest guest
Aren't you supposed to stop Enbril if you have ANY infection in your body???? I'm hoping to start on Enbril next week. I'm like kid waiting for a birthday. I hope, hope, hope it works if only for a short time. Sylvia
Guest guest
Hi Kari, I used to take GSE as citricidal which is a liquid concentrate and put a few drops in water, once I accidentally made it too strong and ended up with headaches and difficulty digesting anything.. I worked out after a while that i'd burnt my stomach with the GSE, when I stopped taking it the problems improved somewhat, i'm still sensitive to it though and can't tolerate it now.. I guess its okay as long as you're careful to make it very weak but I just wanted to mention that in case its important! Guest guest
Yeah I was very careful what I tried and took teensy bites as well and waited 15 minutes for it all to go down before I took another bite. I love the fact that I never feel hungry, but I never feel full either. I know exactly how much I can eat or need to eat in order to get my supplements down. I eat no more or no less. I suppose I will fill full when I go to a straight regular diet of sorts, but right now I am pretty content on what I eat now. My day consists of a v8 at 630 am with my vitamins, then around 9am I drink my protein shake mixed with benefiber. 1030am I drink some yogurt so I can take my vitamins again. Lunch I mostly like to have a small cup of refried beans with cheese. I like those better than mashed potatoes. Then about 4pm I have a little bit of goldfish crackers so I can take my vitamins again. I am of course drinking my gatorade or fruit juices through out the day, and then maybe for dinner/supper I will either have another protein shake with benefiber or drinkable yogurt or beans with cheese. Sometimea I may substitute for oatmeal. Sometimes for me there just isn't enough time in the day to eat 6-8 meals a day. When I want some fruit, I eat stage 2 baby food. My favorites are prunes with pears and dutch apple dessert and peach cobbler. But that isn't everyday. Yeah we are pretty lucky for sure. Guest guest
I've had the breast lift and implants and healed quickly. I really didn't experience any soreness in the breast area to amount to very much but I had a tummy tuck at the same time and that got a lot more of my attention as far as the healing process went. Be sure and ask your doctor about those dates from his opinion but I'd say go for it! Suzanne Hazelwood Dr. R-High Point 7/17/
Guest guest
I was wondering if there is anyone who has had a breast lift and implants out there after the surgery. If so, how long was the healing process? I'm thinking of having it done on the 10th of January but am planning a trip to Mexico February 13th. Will I feel good enough to go? Will I be sore? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. New Foods and the Holidays Hello Everyone! Char here and I do hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Mine was great. I just wanted to say for the upteenth time what an awesome surgery this is to have. Dr.Peraglie is an awesome surgeon. I have been truly fortunate to heal fast and I have had absolutely no issues of any sort from this procedure. No retching, no vomiting, no diarrhea, and no dumping. No adverse side attacks to any of my meds or supplements either. We went to a family mexican dinner last night and I tried a chicken enchilada and some 7 layer bean dip. Now I only took a bite of the chicken out of the enchilada because I wasn't sure about the corn tortilla. The bean dip was awesome. I now know I can tolerate tomatoes, olives, avocados and today for my lunch I tried a spicey tamale. It has all stayed down and it was awesome! I do love my mexican food. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not bragging, but I am very proud to be one of many I am sure that do not have problems after the mgb. I thank God everyday for this miracle and this was the greatest Christmas present I have been given. Unlike what my signature says, I am now down 20 pounds since November 30th and I am feeling AWESOME!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Char Dr. Peraglie 11-30-05 292-278-? Guest guest
I have a breast lift without implants .. I would have felt fine to go on the trip in a month .. but would not have been in a bathing suit by then ... still sore. My step-sister had implants over a month ago and she is still wearing a sports bra and not lifting heavy objects, etc. As your doctor to be sure.... in GA > > I was wondering if there is anyone who has had a breast lift and implants out there after the surgery.
