Oh my! I guess you didn;t catch that recent series on BBC1 called

Bodysnatchers then? 3 x 1 hour prgrammes about parasites and worms - yukkydo!

You did

the right thing by binning it.

Now, about the fish............I would avoid the cod and especially the tuna,

oh I hate being the bearer of bad news....... big fish have plenty of time

(growing bigger) to absorb Mercury, PCB's, dioxins and all sorts of nasty stuff,

the sea is just not clean enough any more :( Tuna is a BIG fish. Better to

get the good stuff like fatty acids and vit a from other sources or high

quality certified 'clean' supplements. I know, I know, everytime you turn

around,

something you thought was healthy just isn't. The fish thing is serious. Little

fish have less time to catch the nasties, pity whitebait doesn;t taste so good

or make nice looking sandwiches.........
