wanting to bite

This is a weird one. A few months ago my 7 year old daughter confided in me, as

if it was this huge secret, that she felt like biting people. She even went

into detail to explain the desire is where there is fat, as if she could really

grab onto something. At first I thought this was linked to some sort of

repressed anger or something, because she is typically very mild tempered, but

she stated it had nothing to do with anger. And she has never bit or done

anything to anyone, so I just brushed it off.

Now tonight as I believe we are in the die off stage, she talks of having this

sensation to want to bite. Recalling this discussion earlier, does this sound

similar to what some of you were expressing? When I saw the prior posts, I

thought you were referring to younger children in the appropriate biting age.

If it is a mineral deficiency, with a leaky gut is supplements going to do the

trick? Or maybe I should find foods with these items in them? We are starting

up on Kirkman's probiotic gold tomorrow to help with her bacteria issue.

Let me know if anyone has comments here.

Maureen did you ever determine the root of your biting episode last time?

Thanks,

Kari
