Guest guest
Hi , Yes, I still take the bee propolis capsules at the first twinge of a sore throat. I get it from the Vitamin Shoppe: See the bottle/brand by clicking here. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/browse/sku_detail.jhtml?SkuID=468\ & BreadCrumbType=SearchResult there are drops too, but i havent tried those. I generally double the dosage for the first & second day when i feel a sore throat coming on and have not suffered from a yeast infection at all from it. When I take an antibiotic, i generally get a yeast infection right away. I am not sure about intestional yeast issues, but this website says it helps to treat yeast issues http://www.apither\ apy.biz/propolis/health-benefits.htm Others have said they use it for sinus infections too & i tried it last time i had one & also had good results. If you do a google search on bee propolis & its health benefits, its pretty impressive. Hope that helped...........
