or is there hope that her diet will expand with enzymes?

Don't panic yet, lol. Just trying different foods can take time. That

may have been too many 'new' foods at once. She might be just wanting

something she is used to along with some of the new ones. I would be

a little off-whack if I started having nothing but new foods. Adding

them little by little may be more appealing. Like getting too many

new Christmas gifts all at once. I don't wear all my new items in a

row. I also like to wear some of the old comfortable ones just

because I am used to it (sensory adaption you know).

Keep in mind that the Kidzyme may not be sufficient for gluten/casein

foods. Peptizyde was the big breakthrough because it can be used

instead of a GFCF diet for most people. There have been tons of

enzyme products on the market before Peptizyde, but none of them

worked for specifically replacing a GFCF diet, although they may have

been just great for general digestion or other uses. If you see some

regression, consider adding Peptizyde just for casein and gluten.

My kids go to the nurse's office at lunch time. Other parents use

other methods such as putting them in a juice box or chocolate wafers

to have at lunchtime. Here are more ideas:
