Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to get some of your opinions on the SCD versus GFCF diet

and enzymes.

We did see improvements when my 2y old started GFCF diet but now I

am reading that the SCD is the way to go.I am really confused and

want to know if any of your kids' have tried SCD.Also would like

some specifics on the diet.

Any and all replys will be greatly welcome!!!
