Guest guest
Hi All - We just received results from a Great Plains food allergy panel (blood IGg). Has anyone else had this done? He tested highly allergic (3) for cows milk (which I knew he had problems with, even with enzymes), bananas and wheat bran. He also tested moderately high (2) for a number of other foods. The thing I don't understand is that although he tested high for cows milk, he was fine for both cheddar cheese and yogurt. Do we remove just the cows milk or everything that contains milk? The results come in levels 0(no allergy) - 5 (high allergy). I'd like to know what others are doing in terms of at what level do you completely eliminate the food versus just rotating it in your diet. My son 's doctor recommended a trial elimination of all 2's and 3's and a don't eat more than 2X per week for all 1's. Thanks for any input Carole
