Kay,

Yes, I have two sons on the spectrum. I also have two nephews on the

spectrum. My youngest was diagnosed much earlier than his brother because I

noticed

some of the same characteristics with both. But, at the same time, they are

really individuals with different skills and needs. It's tiring, no doubt. My

thoughts and prayers are with you.

At the same time, this a good group to talk to. I would think some would be

in agreement with me that trying the digestive enzymes before starting a

special diet is a recommendation. My children have been on a special diet for

about 3 years now, and we have very few friends that we hang around, because so

much of our society's social aspect of life revolves around eating (usually

things we can't have).

Try the enzymes. It can't hurt!

1. water flouridation

3. total sugar men- 120g; women 90g ; (40g of added sugar)

7. outward thrust of growing crystals cause expansion. Also delayed expansion is seen when zinc containing alloys are contaminated with moisture during condensation.
