Guest guest Posted January 1, 2004 Report Share Posted January 1, 2004 My son has been on Kirkmans Enzyme Complete with DPP IV along with Kirkmans Phenol Assist and Phenonl Assist Companion for 3 weeks. Today in his stool was chunks of orange, either carrot or squash which he ate 2 days ago. Are the enzymes not breaking this food down? And if not, why not? Any opinions appreciated. .
