Guest guest
I had success with getting rid of eczema for my two kids. I sent my first kid to NAET very early on with the hopes of finding a gluten and casein allergy and clearing it. What the practioner found was about 30+ allergies. My son was allergic to everything. There are ten basic things that the practioner tests for first. BBF, Chicken and eggs, Vit C, B complex, sugar, iron Vit A, mineral Salt and chlorides and corn. Then comes grain, yeast, etc. And you can bring in anything you suspect. My first son was allergic to 9 of the first ten, etc. So we began treating. I think his eczema went away permanently after the milk and calcium mix treatment, i.e., treatment number 3. And after getting to soy, I did reintroduce soy which he then tolerated for months and months, but ultimately I took it out of his diet again. The second son, at 4 months old and only breast fed, tested positive only for food coloring, caffeine, gum mix, milk, sugar, iron and mineral mix. At about 14 months, I treated him for milk and wheat mix (I went to another guy and he did it for free. He only tested him for the first 10). After these two treatments the eczema (which was really bad) went away and has not come back yet. It has been about 7 months so I don't expect to see it again. You have to be realistic in your goals. I am not sure that our issues with gluten and casein are all " allergic reaction. " If they are not, NAET will not cure it. However, if we have allergic reactions to an offending substance, the NAET can make us more comfortable. For example, I am now being treated for mercury, dog, Western tree mix and Vit A. I have cleared my mercury. This does not remove the mercury from my body, it helps my body deal better with the mercury in my body. I have to say that a week ago I was a MESS with allergies, I would have such convulsive sneezing my stomach muscles hurt. I couldn't breathe at night and my husband has been sleeping in the guest room. After the treatment, this all calmed down tremendously. Then I did dog last Thursday, I laid down and took a 2 hour nap with my dog on my floor on Saturday. I could not touch my dog on or before Thursday without getting itchy bumps. Personally, when I go back tomorrow I do not think that I have cleared dog. I am still a bit allergic to him and think I will have to do it again. But to lay down with him for 2 hours and not have a reaction is pretty cool. Therefore, if the body is reaction to the gluten which it cannot tolerate. I believe that NAET can minimize the reaction. It won't help the body break down the peptide chains. It will only help it accept it a little more. So, in short, I did not meet my goal of eliminating the GF/CF/or even SF diet for my first son. But, when I changed my goal, I did meet my goal of eliminating the eczema for my second son, which I believe was an " allergic " reaction to a substance he was ingesting. I will let you know if I will meet my goal of not having allergies. I have the feeling that until I deal with the mercury in my body, they will always be at least lurking. The NAET is only to make me more comfortable in the meantime.
