Guest guest
in practical terms you can't sue here in australia or new zealand because the administrators of the vaccines, doctors, would also be liable and you would need their expert testimony to get a successful case. also there are issues of the government being liable for its public health advice and mandates though i notice that they must be having an inkling of a problem because vaccines are only given with the consent of the parent here in tasmania. i don't think any vaccines are given to new born children here, but i could be wrong, anyway i don't think that there is anything like the intensity of vaccine given to very young children in terms of criminal law every doctor giving vaccines to new born and very young childlen should be in jail for criminal negligence i don't think that parents will ever be able to claim reasoanable damages because there seems to be a movement by governments to curtial or cap legal liability for medical damages. its important to understand that thimerosal is only one of the problem with vaccines. > I am just wondering if other countries have passed laws where you > can't sue the vaccine > companies. > > Thanks, >
Guest guest
I know of two people who have had successful court cases after vaccine injuries in AUS. One was a worker's compensation case because she was a nurse and had to have it for her job. The other guy won a worker's comp case and a second case against the doctor who have him too many Hep B boosters without checking his titres. There are cases being won but they are kept *very* quiet. And yes unfortunately HepB is given to newborns (for obvious reasons). Prue
