Hi all,

Someone on this list or another one mentioned the idea of adding baking

soda to bath water if the epsom salts cause skin to itch. My son has dry

skin to begin with, and he was scratching his legs alot during his

bath. When I began adding the baking soda, he stopped scratching. Not

understanding the chemical reaction here, I just want to make sure that by

adding the baking soda that I am not compromising the benefit of the epsom

salts.

Thanks in advance for your response.
