Were did you find this did you run across any studies done with enzymes for diabetes? , Are you asking about the arthritis info? I did run across some info on diabetes but not nearly as much. The arthritis and other autoimmune conditions were primarily with protease bleands. For diabetes, the enzymes in question where amylases. It had something to do with amylases helping to regulate blood sugar (and breaking down excess sugar in the blood to you didn't get hyper-glycemia). Helped to even out the spikes in blood sugar.
