Guest guest
When my kids were little they grew up with Humongous Entertainment software and we loved it. This company got bought and sort of when quiet for while. However, two new releases are out just in time for Christmas. They are released now through Atari. Putt-putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise for preschoolers through 6 (Putt-putt is a car and his dog is named Pep) Pajama Sam: Life is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff 5 to 8 years (but younger kids would like it if you do it with them) Here is a quick link: http://www.beststuff.com/article.php3?story_id=5749 The Humongous series were THE BEST and we did them nearly every day. I really believe it helped my kids with social skills (we did them together), problem solving, and language. The older series probably doesn't even run on the newer computers. For older kids there is Freddi Fish and Spy Fox, but you will have to check past titles. I develop educational software and these titles were always the rated the best. . Guest guest
, I agree with you. In fact for Chanukkah, is getting the new Pajama Sam (Costco had it! ) and also the newest, although not new, Spy Fox (Dry cereal). I wish there were a new Freddy, too. Putt-putt is too young for him. My 4 year old loves them, too. She can do all the Putt-putts and Freddy Fishes. 's favorite, who is 7 1/2, is Freddy Fish.
