We ;; [rpbab;u be jp,e a;; dau pm Thursday, June 1. 's mom is coming in very late in the afternoon, so if you can come over...fabulous. Give me a call when you get in. Monday's Memorial lDay too and we'll be off all week. Trish Re: Nature Sounds--Patsy Pasty: It doesn't even hurt to ask the strangers what is that you are hearing. I've done that even when I'm alone. Sometimes, I will explain why and share my CI experience with them. It does give them goosebumps and they would have tears in their eyes. Debbie BEA Volunteer That sounds wonderful, I just can't wait until I'm able to hear the nature sounds. I get a few sounds out doors now, but most the time I'm alone and I can't make the sounds out and have no one to tell me what they are. I'll be so glad to hear the ocean, I'm planning to go to FL before long so here I come watch out. Patsy
Guest guest
H. You just included the WHOLE of Digest 2447, which included 2047 lines of text, which covered 43 x A4 sized pages, just to add the following few lines. Please, please, contact one of the moderators to help you with snipping and pasteing. Guest guest
Ted and others, While quoting the whole digest is annoying, so is posting under the quoted text or blending reply and quoted text and so on and on. Quiting the entuire digest is not near as frequent as the other issues and in spite of the deafblind members asking to rectify this, it continues. So lets not get too upset ove this. *---* *---* *---* *---* *---* Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. & Dreamer Doll (Guide Dawggie) Newport, Oregon N24C 3G 8/2000 Hookup rclark0276@... http://webpages.charter.net/dog_guide/
Guest guest
Yes, sometimes replies continue to be posted within or below the text, and I have taken to just deleting them without reading them because I just don't have the energy to be searching for the replies within the email using the screen reader.
