No-Fenol vs Phenol Assist question

I am trying to figure out which might be the better choice for my son who eats

some fruit, which I have had to really limit due to yeast, and quite a bit of

cashews. We already use Enzym-Complete. My son has a yeast problem, hyperness,

and stims that have been present for a long time. He is GFCF for about 6 weeks

now. I was reading that it is necessary to use Phenol Assist Companion with the

regular Phenol Assist because the Companion has lysine which binds with

arabinose which is inadvertently released by Phenol-Assist, which has the two

main ingredients in common with No-Fenol. My son's arabinose on our last OAT

was 239 (range of 0-47 is normal). I hope this is not too rambling but I am

confused and don't want a worsening arabinose level. I would also like to save

the big guns (peptizyde or other) to use later to discontinue the diet at some

point.

Thanks for any advice or let me know if I need to clarify.
