Guest guest
We just purchased a bottle of Evening Primrose Oil 500mg each capsule. Serving size says: 2 Capsules. Gamma-Linolenic Acid [GLA](Omega) 100mg Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) 730mg Oleic Acid (Omega-9) 60mg Ingredients: Evening Primrose seed oil, cellulose derivative, silica and mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E) [i thought someone said that Vit E has Soy in it. Does it? If so, that's off my daughter's diet]. The directions say to take 3 to 6 capsules daily, but am I supposed to prick the capsule with a pin and then drip it onto my daughter's eczema on her arms instead of having her injest it? Should this help heal it or just help sooth the itching? If this doesn't work, then I'm going to try the GSE but am concerned since Grapes are off her diet. But since the GSE would only be for about 1 week, I'll just plan it around public events. Since we homeschool, it's much easier to work around my daughter's schedule than around other people's schedule all the time. Is the Evening Primrose Oil an ongoing thing, or do I just give it short term? Does it matter if it's given with or without enzymes? Thank you in advance for any advice. You guys are ALWAYS such a huge help and filled with such a wealth of information! Blessings to all, Gretchen

GSE is grapeFRUIT. > Is the Evening Primrose Oil an ongoing thing, or do I just give it > short term? Does it matter if it's given with or without enzymes? If you put it on the skin, enzymes probably won't have any effect. If you give it orally, you might need to use No-Fenol and/or Zyme Prime enzyme.
