Asking for sanity check on enzyme strategy - newbie :-)

You've got a lot to deal with but I do want to add that corn syrup is a major

problem for a lot of kids (my son included) so when you're looking for some

chocolate to mix with enzymes try to find some without.

As for enzymes away from home, 's site and book have great suggestions

on how to manage this. When my son was at daycamp this summer, the enzymes

freaked the teachers out, so I just mixed them in a little juice and froze it in

a

sippy cup. That worked fine. At his school, they asked me to make packets of

a meal's worth so his teacher can give them at lunchtime. They are completely

accomodating, even though they think I'm crazy about all the food stuff.

Good luck, once you get it all sorted out it will make a huge difference in

their lives...my husband and I are amazed at how great *we feel now that all

the processed food is out of our house.
