the way i view it is in fact you are taking say ala as a suppelemnt

and the results are complexed and may only relate partly to the

affinity of ala for mercury.

selenium is the best all round remedier of metals transport problems

imo but has to be part of a larger supplement program.

you can chelate lead, its a question of wether its worth it because

of bone lead rebound but mandy seems to think its worth it.

adult chelation is a disaster. iv chelation is usually a disaster.

there do appear to be some children who distinctly improve on it

according to parent reports on a-m , wether its mercury removal or

not i don't know and how stable the long term results are i don't

know.

the last time i took one 10mg dose of ala it really took three weeks

for my gut to recover so thats about as close to chelation as i am

ever likely to get, i am suspicious that a lot of zinc was dumped

into the gut from that dose.

sun a broad based approach and minerals seem to do the job with out

the problems of mercury mobilisation.
