reflux? more like vomiting...

Hi All-- I have a friend whose 4 y.o. autistic son is improving, and

now has formed stools (he used to have only diarrhea) following

secretin infusions. They aren't doing them anymore due to cost. I

think she has some houston enzymes but I don't think she's doing them

with every single meal. Her concern is that her child sort of vomits

up undigested food, but it's not exactly like when you are nauseated

and you vomit... it's just that he'll be standing around and then all

of a sudden, bring up a lot of food. More so than " reflux " I think,

but maybe you all know better? Any ideas on what this is, and what

would help?

I think to some degree, he used to do this, but much milder, and it

went away when she removed gluten. But the last couple of months, it

is back but worse.

Any ideas appreciated!
