Would anyone let me know if they see a problem with this regimen I have

tentatively worked out?

1/2hr before breakfast (empty stomach)

Mg, Glycine, B6

15mins before breakfast

olive leaf extract

breakfast

with Zn, and oxichel (slow chelator)

after school

acidophilus - snack 15-30 mins later

1 hr before dinner

Mg and Glycine (empty stomach)

15 mins before dinner

olive leaf extract

dinner

with sunflower oil (Vit E),Mo and Se
