One thing that is helping my son these days is to split the multi vit

over the day. You could try giving her the Nuthera in two times.

The only one I know of that is " similar " is No-Fenol. It is not

exactly the same tho. might have more ideas.

You can try this and see if it works. It does work for some kids, but

not for others. Some kids just can't have papain/bromelain, but if

yours can with No-Fenol, then that would be good.
