Guest guest
I recently found out there is an entire list just for iron and autism (but I don't remember the name of it.) Iron feeds bacteria for one thing. Lactoferrin is a component of dairy that binds iron, and thus, it is one way that dairy has an anti-biotic effect (it is also a way that eliminating dairy can result in bacteria overgrowths). Eliminating excess iron would help reduce the metal load too. .
