over-methylation: one more question

For the over-methylated, what are your thoughts about epsom salt

baths? I'm particularly interested in the magnesium part of the

epsom salts, since it's not listed as either pro or con for the over-

methylated.

Also, where do you get information on methylation?

I think Epsom salts benefit all kinds of autistic kids, including

overmethylated ones.

There's plenty of info on mehtylation in the archives of this

webgroup, as well as the files under " Related topics and

supplements " . You can also do a Google search
