I think I have Hannah's yeast under control - at least first stage yeast.

I'm not sure we will ever have second stage all gone.

After Hannah ate loads of apple sause on Sat & again on Sun she was doing

wierd stuff again. Scripting, giggling, spinning. Then it hit me. She must

have trouble with Phenols, too. It is so hard to tell since yeast symptoms

are so similar. But we had all taken the " spittle " yeast test on Fri and

hers was the only on ein the family that didn't show yeast. Although I don't

completely trust the that test.

I do not trust the spittle test at all.

I think anything your child eats " loads " of is something to watch out

for. What you describe is a phenol reaction at our house. My

daughter gets crabby, distracted, unsociable and does not sleep well

when she has yeast.

Hi,

My daughter also does the same - giggling, hyper etc. when she takes

phenolic foods. I only realised this recently after we started giving

enzymes (AFP) and going through this news group.

What i have done now is taken her off all phenols and then planning

to introduce them one by one to find which causes more problems.

Also, i've started giving her epsom baths which is supposed to help

with the phenol release.. You can also try No-fenol, but i haven't

done it so far.

hope this helps.

bye,

jaya
