Guest guest Posted January 25, 2003 Report Share Posted January 25, 2003 pfieffer say that a problem with zinc supplementtion if taken regularly is that metalliothionine huilds up in the intestine wall preventing further absorbtion. i don't think i like taking it regualrly either. it may be better to take a loading dose once a week say 100 mg of zinc methinonine or even possibly zinc picolinate.
