Guest guest
Dear Group: For perhaps a month I have been following the posts to this group with great interest. It appears that very similar issues involved with ameliorating the symptoms of autism are the same issues that are involved with the proper treatment of bipolar disorder and ADHD. Specifically bipolar disorder and ADHD are often caused by one or more of the common malabsorptive issues of: (1) hidden food allergies, (2)candida, (3) improper bowel flora, (4) a lack of digestive enzymes, (5) a lack of stomach acid, (6) the possibility of parasites, etc. Addressing these common malabsorptive issues properly can, and often does, have a profoundly positive effect on both bipolar disorder and ADHD, to the point of possible complete resolution of severe and quite longstanding cases. As a result of a great deal of trial and error for about five years (trial and error which involved my taking a bit over 100,000 capsules of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, various gut helpful supplements, etc.), as well as the result of a great deal of research, I believe that I have made some very important discoveries on how to correct a broad range of gut issues amazingly quickly and with minimal side effects (no die-off reactions, etc.). This new methodology is the foundation of the correction of a state of severe depression with suicidal ideation attached within a single day. To the best of my knowledge, such a profound mood effect is unparalleled by any other antidepressive therapy in existence at the current time. I have been somewhat hesitant in writing up and posting this new methodology to this egroup, as it is very untested at present. This new methodology may or may not be applicable to autism, as well as it may involve some risks which are unknown to me at the current time. I just do not know here. However, it appears quite possible to me that what I have discovered on malabsorptive topics and their corrections for bipolar disorder may profoundly help persons afflicted with autism as well. Is anyone aware of an alternative research facility in the U.S. that is willing to either discuss with me and/or trial some of the alternative therapies that I have discovered beginning in 1999 in regard to correcting the status of the GI tract quickly, etc.? Does such an animal exist? Does anyone in this group have any other suggestions for me in regard to what to do with raw layperson discovery of gut corrections, brain helpful supplementation, etc. that may be very significant to developing a better treatment for autism? Enzymes clearly help me. However, so much else has helped me as well. Simply stated, since the fall of 1999 or sooner, I have a number of reasons to believe that I may have discovered much of significance of how to correct manic depression in most of those that are so afflicted. As it appears that very similar issues are involved in correcting autism, I wonder if some or much of what I have learned applies to autism as well. I have no way whatsoever of finding out if I am right on this assumption without some help from other persons. I would greatly appreciate any input on the above from any members of this group. Sincerely, Darman
