Guest guest
Hi It could be bacterial die off. We saw this when we first started BCN, Micheal talked about changing the pH and how that can displace some bacteria that liked it better scewed. I am wondering whether the Intestimed (?sp) stuff is having a similar effect?? Just my ramblings anyways MAndi in UK > The only thing I have left to consider is some kind of overgrowth after > antibiotics which he had six weeks ago. Guest guest
; Does he have his tonsils? What did you get the antibiotics for? Strep maybe? Was he better on the antibiotics than off? Have you checked out the web for information on PANDAS? -GA OT : Really need help here! Hi Everyone, Further to my email some days ago we are still having huge problems here. is normally a reasonably placid child has turned aggressive, restleless and just not a very nice boy! Having already looked over his food and drink which are fine I am looking at other things that might be causing this. The symptoms are very phenol like (but this is NOT the problem). He gets slight colouring in his face and ears every time he eats no matter what it is. When he becomes aggressive he starts to scratch at his skin as though it his hurting him and he is extremely short tempered. He seems to go up and down with his behaviour. He can be just about acceptable one day and dreadful the next but always edgy. The only thing I have left to consider is some kind of overgrowth after antibiotics which he had six weeks ago. We upped his dose of probiotics at that time and we did not see a yeast die off. Everything seemed to go very smoothly. Would any type of bacteria cause these sort of effects? Does anyone recognise these symptoms? Please help as the school are getting very fed up with his tantrums (and so am I !!!!!).
Guest guest
Hi, this kind of behavior happens to us when he has yeast or bacteria problems. We use GSE, Culturelle, Biocidin, Sach. B., and Pro Bio Gold. I was reading Shaws book the other day and he says (I think it was him - we all read so much it sometimes blends together!) that sometimes the bacteria or yeast are just too much for the otc remedies and a strong antifungal is neccessary. Good Luck Jules > Hi Everyone, > > Further to my email some days ago we are still having huge problems here. > is normally a reasonably placid child has turned aggressive, restleless > and just not a very nice boy! > > Having already looked over his food and drink which are fine I am looking at > other things that might be causing this.
