Guest guest
>Apple juice sends him into a >phenolic frenzy but he is fine with apples. any clue anyone? Could it be that when they make apple juice they pulverize the whole apple including the core and the seeds? Maybe those parts of the apple, especially the seeds are very high in phenols. Also, on the same note, I believe I heard a long time ago that apple seeds are high in arsenic. A father of a young boy with autism recently had some testing done and his son was very high in arsenic, but he couldn't think where it would have come from. Has anyone heard of this connection? His boy used to drink lots of apple juice and now has had to stop due to high intolerance. Thanks in advance for any info, Annette
