treating myself for Mercury

I believe I may have mercury/ metals toxicity. I have been receiving allergy

shots (weekly) for the past 3 years, and also had braces on my teeth last year.

I felt " sick " the entire time they were in my mouth. Can all that metal in your

mouth get into your system? Does anyone know what they use for a preservative in

allergy shots? is it thimerosol?

I also cannot get over a yeast problem.

What can I do to start removing the metals?
