>>>Do you give the doseage of TMG first thing in the morning?

We have used TMG liquid for 2 yrs and it has never kept awake at

night.

If you are giving it first thing then I think I would consider the ear

infection as a possibility.

<<<<<

We put it in his milk in the morning so he does get it early in the day.

Last night, he slept all night. It was glorious but too soon to say if it

was only the 1 pill, the ear infection getting better or the fact that we

wereout from 5-7pm expending a lot of energy.

Thanks.

support and arthritis benefits.

SAM-e also helps the body make more serotonin.

It is an amino acid similar to 5-htp but with additional benefits. It needs

folic acid, B6 and B12 as its cofactors.

Hope this helps

I tried sam-e for a month a while back and it didn't help me at all while

the benefits of 5-HTP were noticeable in two days.

You can get it in very small amounts at the local grocery store or Wal-Mart.

It's called Fruit Fresh or something like that and is in the aisle with the

canning jars and food preservation. Marcia

fruit fresh it too powdery and not granular enough for say like, bath bombs..

and includes other ingredients besides citric acid.. so beware of that

factor. you can get pure citric at cake decorating places and craft stores that

sell candy making supplies...
