Guest guest
>>>Do you give the doseage of TMG first thing in the morning? We have used TMG liquid for 2 yrs and it has never kept awake at night. If you are giving it first thing then I think I would consider the ear infection as a possibility. <<<<< We put it in his milk in the morning so he does get it early in the day. Last night, he slept all night. It was glorious but too soon to say if it was only the 1 pill, the ear infection getting better or the fact that we wereout from 5-7pm expending a lot of energy. Thanks.

SAM-e also helps the body make more serotonin. It is an amino acid similar to 5-htp but with additional benefits. It needs folic acid, B6 and B12 as its cofactors. Hope this helps mjh
Guest guest
I tried sam-e for a month a while back and it didn't help me at all while the benefits of 5-HTP were noticeable in two days. >From: foxhillers@... >Reply- > >Subject: Re: [ ] Digest Number 1821 >Date: Sat, 16 Apr 2005 05:47:14 EDT > >In a message dated 4/16/05 5:42:32 AM Eastern Daylight Time, > writes: > > > This time > > though, she explained to me how stress, anxiety and depression > > decrease the body's ability to produce serotonin and how, without an > > adequate level of serotonin, the brain cannot function properly. > > That made sense to me since, as I said, stress leads to seizures for > > me and, if stress lowers the serotonin levels so the brain can't > > function well, serotonin must have an impact on my seizure > > threshold. Guest guest
I purchased mine at hobby lobby. But that was some time ago. If you have one in your area, you might want to give them a call. HTH

It's called Fruit Fresh or something like that and is in the aisle with the canning jars and food preservation. Marcia
Guest guest
fruit fresh it too powdery and not granular enough for say like, bath bombs.. and includes other ingredients besides citric acid.. so beware of that factor. you can get pure citric at cake decorating places and craft stores that sell candy making supplies...
