I read that sodium can de-activate enzymes. I wondered if anyone else has

studied this and, if this is correct (I read it in Enzymes and Enzyme Therapy

by Dr. Cichoke) then how much salt should we limit our children at

the same time as taking enzymes?

I give Nicky a broth with electrolytes (containing some sodium) with his

dinner. should I give it an hour before dinner so as not to interfere with

enzyme activities?

Thank you!

Marti
