DS is allergic to Mg(develops red rashes on his face) how

else I can supplement it? I put epsom cream on his back. The same

allergic reaction also happens with Calcium.

I am thinking of adding probiotic Culturelle, maybe for 2 to 3 days

1/4 th cap, what do u suggest? I dont have GSE on hand, which I plan

to get in a weeks time.

Check foods high in magnesium [and/or calcium] content

Works very well for my kids with bacteria issues. I give 1/2 cap to

#2 and 1/4 each to #3 and #4 [this " coincidentally " equals one capsule

LOL]. If bacteria is really bad, they get this twice per day,

otherwise once per day. I only give it when they have a bacteria

problem.

What are the indications of a bacteria problem? I have read past

posts the yeast and bad bacteria symptoms are all so similar.

For my kids, the behaviors are similar. The yeast bms are fluffy like

spongecake and have what looks like strings of melted cheese. The

bacteria bms look like diluted cottage cheese.

We struggle with frequent bacteria and yeast overgrowth. For my

son, when he has bacterial overgrowth his stool is also like cottage

cheese, but the smell will clear a room, sort of sickly sweet. When

it's yeast, his stools do look like spongecake (good comparison,

Dana), but don't smell nearly as bad. He also gets a red ring

around his anus with yeast, not with bacteria. Kim
