Guest guest
A few months ago when I first started reading this list, I ran across a post from Devon I believe, that mentioned an upper limit of his enzyme caps that was likely to be helpful...more than this number he said was unlikely to provide any further benefit. Now I can't find this post, does anyone remember the number? For my daughter, one AFP Pep is better than none, two is better than one, and with three I see more improvement. I'm tempted to try four though unless there is a huge improvement over three, the expense will become a factor. I don't notice this with the Zyme Prime, one/meal seems to do her with no further improvements when giving her more. BTW, by improvement I mean less OCD, less ADHD, and ticcing gone. (She doesn't have autism.) Also I seem to remember a thread about losing weight when using enzymes. My daughter 9 yo has always been very muscular and not overweight but with extra fat over the abdomen. Since starting enzymes (2-3 mos ago) she has lost two pounds and it all came off her abdomen. Weight loss was not the goal in trying enzymes but FWIW... Kathy R.
