Guest guest
We are giving MCT oil to our daughter to fight the yeast issue. Can any one tell me if it is OK to put MCT oil in cooking and give it to her and is it still as effective as giving MCT oil directly? She is so sensitive to taste and will not take it directly. thanks a lot in advance mom2kuts
