I personally would try some nystatin cream on the rash on her bottom. If it

immediately clears up you have more information!

And besides that, you will be doing something gentle and easy.

GSE might kill your nice new Lb GG from Culturelle, but I'm not sure what's

going on here so hard to say.

Can be either yeast or bacteria die off with Culturelle.

Not necessarily. Might be other things, like food/supplement/phenol

intolerance.
