Is it okay to give GSE and Probiotics at the same time? Or does the

GSE kill off the probiotics? If so, can it be given at a different time?

Jay: I was told that it's okay to be supplementing both at the same

time. I give the GSE in breakfast and lunch time juices and then

the probiotic in the evening. I've never seen the " die-off " some

people talk about, but I have seen progress.

It's a really good idea to give the probiotics because you really want the good

guys to repopulate before the bad guys do.

Sorry, when I said different time, I meant during the day (i.e

probiotics at lunch and GSE in morning and night).
