Hand Licking

I saw some posts about this and what was done to help. Can someone

direct me to the posts or tell me what the remedy was? I'm hopeless

with the search, I can never find anything!

Some kids need zinc.

For on of my kids, he does this when he eats a food/supplement he does

not tolerate, or when he has a yeast issue.

My daughter didnt do this specifically, but she used to ocassionally

pick at her fingers and lips. This has all but stopped recently, but

I can't be sure if its from licking yeast/bacteria and/or the

addition of zinc and the Brainchilds vits. Something kicked it

though.
