OK, now I have a really stupid follow-up question - what is

Pharmaceutical Standard, and how would I know if the salts are?

(does it say so on the container?) I probalby should know this by

now, certainly don't want to introduce any MORE metals.

Every time I think I have a handle, seems like more info I can't

keep track of!!
