Joanne, you have actually made me think. I just started taking this about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was commenting just this weekend to my daughter that I just have no appetite....not that I am not hungry...just that I am NOT hungry all the time. And, it has just been since I started taking this stuff. This might be the reason I am cutting back on the food. Very very interesting!

[ ] Co-Enzyme Q10

http://www.cybervitamins.com/coq.htm Up until recently, no one heard much about coenzyme Q-10, but that doesn’t diminish its importance to your body. >>>>Co-Q- is a formula that will help you maintain proper coenzyme Q-10 levels in your body. Coenzyme Q 10 is an important naturally-occurring antioxidant that is necessary for cellular energy production. The more energy you burn, the more coenzyme Q-10 your body needs from your diet. In addition to being an important antioxidant, it is also critical to maintaining a healthy cardiac system, supporting healthy gums, and is an integral part of your immune system!!a Some studies indicate that it may assist in helping you control your weight. Although our bodies naturally produce coenzyme Q-10, as as we age we need to obtain more of our coenzyme Q10 from our diets. In order to be sure we are receiving enough the supplement is what we...especially with liver disease need to daily supplement with it. More discoveries about the importance of coenzyme Q-10 are on the horizon Additional Lifestyle Options to Ensure Health

Plants and animals get coenzyme Q 10 from the soil and we obtain it from them. Our liver produces it from the other coenzymes (1-10)that exist. Therefore, we need to have a balanced diet and support our liver.amounts

Shireen, my little bottle says 50 mg. I don't have a clue what is good or

bad to take, but if it indeed IS curbing my appetite, then it is good.

Nearly 9 months ago, my doctor (GP) suggested I begin taking this, but at

the time, they seemed terribly expensive. But at the grocery store

recently, this bottle was on sale, so I thought, " What the heck...give it a

try. " Now I am hooked I think!

Debby, what amount of mgs do you take? I stopped at the drugstore today and they had 50, 100, and 150. I bought the 100mg. 30 tablets were 22.99. Pretty pricey, but if they work, they'll be worth it. Might be cheaper at Walmart. Going to try your tip, because I'll need all the help I can get. Thanks.

nne, I take 50 mg at the time. I am going to run it by the doctor on Wednesday and see what she thinks. Hey, I am willing to keep doing whatever it takes! Indeed, it IS pricey! I only paid $7 for my bottle of 30 because it was going out of stock at the grocery store. I had seen it before and about died at the price, but I figured for $7, I could try anything.....here's to less eating!

I was told from extensive blood (amino acids) testing that my son

would benefit from taking co-enzyme Q10. Is there anyone who can

explaine how this stuff effects the body and why it might help?

Thanks, Patti

Hi Patti,

I hoped this would add a link to the page but I guess not. You'll

have to cut and paste. (I dont know how to make it into a link. ..?)
