Guest guest
Hi Happy birthday to ! Re overmethylation, please see this list's files section and check out the 'Related topics and supplements' folder. has explained methylation, overmethylation and relavant supplements better than I could. It doesn't really matter if you don't fully understand methylation, as long as you know the supps to use and to avoid. Basically, I suspect is overmethylated because she has reacted badly to supplements that generally help undermethylated people (eg taurine, magnesium). I suggest you read about overmethylation and make a list of the suggested supplements for this problem, then try implementing them one by one. I have implemented most of the supps suggested for undermethylation for our son, and they have helped him. But they would be terrible for (if my guess is right, that is). Good luck Steve > > > took a small amount of taurine last night, maybe 1/6 of a teaspoon, > > > didn't help with sleep but seemed to improve stomach > > > acid? /bile /pepsin what ever......l. > > > > > > > > > >
